Thank you for visiting the Osprey Village Condominium Association website!
We are an over 55 community. The board of directors meets quarterly and open to all owners. Our annual meeting is held in February when we vote for new officers and committee members. All owners are encouraged to attend and participate.
Association monthly fee is $610.00 effective January 2026 and due the first of each month. Checks are payable to Osprey Village COA and may be mailed to 4350 Timothy Drive, Merritt Island Fl 32953. Or dropped in the lock box at 4281 Timothy Drive.
Announcements can be found on the News Page, Osprey Village Facebook page, and our community bulletin board located on the west side of Timothy Drive.
Meetings, social events such as dinners, garage sales etc. will be listed on the events calendar as well as our Facebook page “Osprey Village at Cedar Creek. Our Facebook page is maintained by Suzanne Perucci for residents and owners only.
Newsletters are published monthly by Gail Williams.
Maintenance Tip of the Month:
To keep your hose bib working easily, turn your hose bib on and off and spray WD-40 or a silicon spray on the threaded connection once a month. This will help keep the hose bib easy to turn.

January Supper Club
The January 22, 2026 supper club was held at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Merritt Island. In attendance were John and Sharon Berry, Mary Jane Murray, Jill Starkey, Jamie Phillips, Judy Thodey, Ruth Anderson and Karen Eddy (not pictured). Join us this month on February 19th at Salsa’s Mexican in Cocoa Beach at 5:30.
